We needed to look for a home in January 2022 in the worst buyers market in years. Thank heavens we were introduced to Melissa. I don't know how many places she took us to, trying to get it just right. From Wheaton to Wheeling, she was undaunted. When I would get downhearted because the inventory was so low she would always lift me up with her positive attitude. We ended up in a sweet little townhouse, right in our price point, and she helped navigate the purchase process too, which I had never done before. Dedicated to my search
Last year I contacted Melissa to assist me in my home search. I wanted a condo or townhome, no more single-family homes for me. Word had reached me that Melissa was a great agent to work with and she was the best.
We started our search in late April or early May, the market being what it was at the time, hopping, kept us busy viewing residences. She would show me one and I would respond with I want to think about it. I then lost probably 4 or 5 great properties due to my hesitancy. She had advised me to act quickly, but being the person that I am I chose to ignore her comments.
Even when I was ready to give up, she always kept me spirits up, sending me more great listings. All totaled she sent 50-60 listings and we toured 30-35. Finally, she found me the perfect location.
